- 3 c. flour
- 2 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 c. chopped nuts
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 3 eggs, lightly beaten
- 1 1/2 c. oil
- 2 c. mashed bananas
- 1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
Directions

1Using a large mixing bowl, combine the dry ingredients.

2Add the nuts and set aside.

3Combine the remaining ingredients and add these to the dry mixture.

4Stir until well blended.

5Pour the batter into 2 greased and floured loaf pans.

6Bake at 350° for 50 to 60 minutes.
