- 2 Tbsp. finely chopped zucchini
- 1 Tbsp. finely chopped celery
- 1 tsp. snipped fresh dill weed or 1/4 tsp. dried dill weed
- 1/4 tsp. prepared mustard
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
Directions

1Cut peeled eggs lengthwise into halves.

2Slip out yolks.

3Mash 2 with fork (save remaining yolks for another purpose).

4Mix in remaining ingredients.

5Fill whites with yolk mixture, heaping it lightly.

6Garnish with pimientos and dill if desired.

7Cover and refrigerate up to 24 hours.
