- 2 Tbsp. prepared mustard
- 1 Tbsp. salad oil
- 2 Tbsp. chili sauce
- 2 Tbsp. prepared horseradish
- 1 tsp. salt
- 4 halibut steaks (about 2 lb.)
Directions

1Mix the mustard, oil, chili sauce, horseradish and salt together.

2Spread half of mixture on halibut steaks.

3Put on greased broiler rack and broil for about 6 minutes under medium heat.

4Turn fish; spread with remaining sauce and broil for 5 or 6 minutes longer.
