- 1 dozen eggs
- 1/3 cup minced green onions
- 1/4 cup canola mayonnaise
- 3 tablespoons 2% Greek yogurt
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 3/4 teaspoon curry powder
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/8 teaspoon ground red pepper
- Minced green onions and red pepper
Directions

1Steam eggs in a vegetable steamer 16 minutes; cool slightly, and peel. Slice eggs in half lengthwise, and remove yolks; mash yolks.

2Stir 1/3 cup minced green onions, mayonnaise, yogurt, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, curry powder, cumin, salt, and 1/8 teaspoon ground red pepper into yolks. Divide among whites; sprinkle with minced green onions and red pepper.
