Deviled Ham Puffs

  • 1/2 lb. cream cheese
  • 1/2 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 tsp. milk
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 2 (2 1/2 oz.) cans deviled ham
  • 30 to 35 small rounds of white bread

Directions

    Blend cream cheese, baking powder, milk and egg yolk together. Toast bread on one side.

    Spread untoasted side with deviled ham. Cover with a mound of cheese mixture.

    Bake at 375° for 10 to 12 minutes or until puffed and slightly browned.
