- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 1 egg yolk
- 2 tsp. minced onion (tiny)
- 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- salt to taste
- 1/4 tsp. prepared horseradish
- 24 small bread rounds
- 2 (2 1/4 oz.) cans deviled ham
Directions

1Preheat oven to 375°.

2Blend together cream cheese, egg yolk, onion, baking powder, salt and horseradish.

3Toast bread on one side.

4Spread onto toasted sides with deviled ham and cover each with a mound of the cheese mixture.

5Place on a cookie sheet and bake for 10 to 12 minutes or until puffed and brown.

6Serve hot. These can be prepared ahead and frozen.

7Thaw and bake.

8Melba toast may be substituted for the bread.
