Thai Beef Celery Salad

Ingredients
- 1 c. young celery, chopped (no leaves)
- 1 c. sliced beef (fillet)
- 1 whole red onion, sliced diagonally
- 1 tsp. ground chili pepper
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 Tbsp. fish sauce
- 2 Tbsp. lime juice
- 2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- dash of m.s.g.
Directions

1Brown half the onion and set aside.

2Brown the beef to medium rare, without oil.

3Put the beef in a bowl and add celery, raw onion, lime juice and fish sauce.

4Add a pinch of m.s.g. to taste. Mix thoroughly.

5Place on a platter.

6Sprinkle top with fried onion and ground chili pepper.

7Serve.
