  • 1 can Vienna sausage
  • 2 hard cooked Large eggs
  • 2 tbsp. mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp. pickle relish
  • 1 teaspoon horseradish
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

    Cut sausage and Large eggs into fourths.

    Place all ingredients in blender and blend till mixed and of spreading consistency (about 10 seconds or possibly less).

    Serve with crackers as a dip or possibly spread on bread.
