- 1 lb. fresh mushrooms
- 3 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 1 (4 1/2 oz.) can deviled ham
- 1 c. bread crumbs, divided
- 1 tsp. onion powder
- 1/8 tsp. black pepper
- 3 Tbsp. butter, divided
Directions

3and remove stems from mushrooms.

8In medium bowl combine cream cheese, deviled ham, 1/2

9cup bread crumbs, reserved chopped mushroom stems, onion powder

11In small saucepan, melt 2 tablespoons of the

12butter. Brush outside of caps with butter. Mound stuffing mixture

13into each mushroom cap. Melt remaining 1 tablespoon

14of butter and stir in remaining bread crumbs.

15Sprinkle over stuffed mushrooms. Place in shallow baking dish and bake at 350° for 15 minutes.
