Ingredients
- 2 c. oysters
- 2 tbsp. flour
- 1 egg yolk
- 3 tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/4 c. buttered crumbs
- 1/4 c. melted butter
- 2/3 c. lowfat milk
- 1/2 teaspoon chopped parsley
- 2 bouillon cubes
- Salt and pepper
Directions

1Clean, drain and chop oysters.

2Combine butter and flour.

3Add in lowfat milk slowly, stirring constantly.

4Add in bouillon cubes.

5Season to taste.

6Cook over warm water, stirring constantly till thick.

7Add in egg yolk, lemon juice and parsley.

8Beat till smooth.

9Pour oysters into a well oiled baking dish.

10Add in sauce, cover with buttered crumbs.

11Bake in moderate oven 400 degrees for 30 min.
