  • 4 c. pecans
  • 1 1/2 tsp. onion salt
  • 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tsp. dry mustard
  • 1/4 tsp. garlic salt
  • 1/8 tsp. Tabasco sauce
  • 1 tsp. Accent

Directions

    Spread pecans in a shallow pan, and roast in a slow oven (325°) for about 10 minutes.

    Pecans should be crisp, but not really browned.

    Stir pecans twice during baking.
