  • 2 (1 lb.) pkg. frozen hash brown potatoes
  • 2 c. sour cream
  • 1 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1 onion, minced
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
  • 1 stick butter, melted
  • cornflakes, crushed and buttered

Directions

    Mix all ingredients except cornflakes.

    Put in greased, shallow casserole dish and sprinkle with cornflakes.
