Deviled Pork Chops

  • 6 medium potatoes
  • 1/2 c. tomato catsup
  • 6 medium onions
  • 2 Tbsp. vinegar
  • 2 tsp. salt
  • 1 c. water
  • 1 Tbsp. mustard
  • 1 tsp. brown sugar

Directions

    Peel potatoes and onions.

    Slice about 1/4-inch thick.

    Layer in roaster and arrange pork chops on top.

    Blend catsup, mustard, vinegar and brown sugar with water.

    Pour over chops and bake covered in a moderate oven at 375° for 1 3/4 hours or until vegetables are tender.

    Baste during baking.

    Remove cover and bake for 30 minutes longer allowing meat to brown.
