- 6 medium potatoes
- 1/2 c. tomato catsup
- 6 medium onions
- 2 Tbsp. vinegar
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1 c. water
- 1 Tbsp. mustard
- 1 tsp. brown sugar
Directions

1Peel potatoes and onions.

2Slice about 1/4-inch thick.

3Layer in roaster and arrange pork chops on top.

4Blend catsup, mustard, vinegar and brown sugar with water.

5Pour over chops and bake covered in a moderate oven at 375° for 1 3/4 hours or until vegetables are tender.

6Baste during baking.

7Remove cover and bake for 30 minutes longer allowing meat to brown.
