- 4 eggs, separated
- 1 tsp. flour
- 1/2 c. milk
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Beat egg yolks until thick. Stir in flour and milk.

2Fold in stiffly beaten egg whites and add seasonings.

3Pour into well-greased round skillet. Cook over low flame until well puffed and slightly brown on bottom. Omelet should be firm when touched at this stage.

4Complete cooking process in a 350° oven for 10 minutes. Serve at once.
