- 3 lb. beef short ribs
- 1/3 c. white vinegar
- 1 (1 3/4 oz.) envelope chili seasoning mix
- 3 Tbsp. margarine
- 1/3 c. ginger ale
Directions

1Simmer ribs in about 2 inches of water in covered pan for 1 hour; drain.

2Melt butter and add vinegar, ginger ale and seasoning mix in a saucepan.

3Brush this mixture over ribs and grill or broil for 20 to 30 minutes.

4Turn often and brush with sauce.

5Serves 6.
