Deviled Ribs

Ingredients

  • 3 lb. beef short ribs
  • 1/3 c. white vinegar
  • 1 (1 3/4 oz.) envelope chili seasoning mix
  • 3 Tbsp. margarine
  • 1/3 c. ginger ale

Directions

    Simmer ribs in about 2 inches of water in covered pan for 1 hour; drain.

    Melt butter and add vinegar, ginger ale and seasoning mix in a saucepan.

    Brush this mixture over ribs and grill or broil for 20 to 30 minutes.

    Turn often and brush with sauce.

    Serves 6.
