- 2 c. tomato juice, cooked down to 1 c. tomato sauce
- 3 tsp. dehydrated onion flakes
- 1/4 green pepper
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. prepared mustard
- 1 lb. canned and drained salmon
- 6 thin slices lemon, including peels
- 1/4 c. fine crumbs
Directions

1Blend first 5 ingredients for about 15 seconds.

2Flake salmon. Combine with sauce from blender; turn into casserole dish.

3Top with crumbs and then with lemon slices.

4Bake at 400° for 25 minutes.
