  • 2 c. tomato juice, cooked down to 1 c. tomato sauce
  • 3 tsp. dehydrated onion flakes
  • 1/4 green pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. prepared mustard
  • 1 lb. canned and drained salmon
  • 6 thin slices lemon, including peels
  • 1/4 c. fine crumbs

Directions

    Blend first 5 ingredients for about 15 seconds.

    Flake salmon. Combine with sauce from blender; turn into casserole dish.

    Top with crumbs and then with lemon slices.

    Bake at 400° for 25 minutes.
