Ingredients
- 3 lb. medium shrimp, cooked, peeled and deveined
- 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 1 medium onion, grated
- 1 Tbsp. Tabasco sauce
- 1 Tbsp. Durkee famous sauce
- 4 tsp. pickle relish, finely chopped
- 1/4 c. cocktail sauce with horseradish
- 1 tsp. salt or to taste
- pepper to taste
Directions

1Cut each shrimp into thirds.

2Combine cream cheese, onion, Tabasco, Durkee, relish and cocktail sauce.

3Mix well.

4Fold in shrimp.

5Add salt and pepper.

6Pour into a 5-cup fish mold. Refrigerate until firm.

7Unmold onto a platter lined with red leaf lettuce.

8Serve with crackers.
