- 2 lbs round steaks, cut into serving pieces
- 1/2 cup flour
- salt and pepper
- 1 cup sliced onion
- 1 tablespoon mustard powder
- 2 tablespoons cooking oil
- 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can condensed tomato soup
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
Directions

1Preheat oven to 325.

2In a large shallow bowl, combine flour, salt, pepper, and mustard powder.

3Dredge round steak in this mixture.

4Heat oil in large skillet over medium-high heat. Brown steak on both sides.

5Remove and place in a shallow baking dish.

6Add remaining ingredients to skillet, stirring well to pick up the bits on the bottom of the pan.

7Pour over the steak.

8Cover with tin foil and bake for 2 hours.
