  • 1 unbaked pie shell
  • berries (to fill level to top of shell)
  • 2 well beaten eggs
  • 1 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1/2 c. flour
  • 1/2 c. heavy cream or evaporated milk
  • pinch of salt
  • 8 Tbsp. flour
  • 8 Tbsp. sugar
  • 4 Tbsp. butter

Directions

    Place berries in pie shell.

    Mix next 3 ingredients.

    Add next 2 ingredients.

    Pour mixture over berries and allow to settle to bottom.

    Mix last 3 ingredients.

    Mixture should be crumbly. Spread over top of pie.

    Bake at 300° to 325° for 45 minutes or until brown.
