Diabetic Apple Turnovers

  • 1 pkg. (10) biscuits
  • 2 1/2 c. cooked apples
  • 1 tsp. lemon juice
  • 5 pkg. Equal
  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon

Directions

    Roll each biscuit flat and 3 inches round.

    Mix all remaining ingredients and put 1/4 cup apple mixture on each biscuit.

    Fold over and pinch together.

    Bake about 25 minutes at 350° or until biscuits are brown.

    (These can be fried in oil.)
