  • 1 1/2 c. flour
  • 1/4 c. granulated sugar replacement (Sweet 'N Low or Sugar Twin)
  • 1/4 c. Cary's diet maple syrup
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • 1/3 c. liquid shortening
  • 1 Tbsp. vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp. vanilla
  • 1 c. water

    Combine all in mixing bowl.

    Beat to blend thoroughly.

    Pour into a 9-inch square baking pan which has been sprayed with Pam and floured.
