- 2 qt. milk
- 12 egg yolks
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 1 (6 oz.) can frozen tangerine juice
Directions

1Scald milk in large saucepan.

2Beat egg yolks with sugar; stir in about 1 cup hot milk.

3Quickly stir mixture into remaining hot milk and cook over low heat.

4Stir constantly until mixture thickens and coats a metal spoon.

5Remove from heat and add vanilla.

6Chill.

7Add tangerine juice concentrate.

8Makes 16 (1/2 cup) servings.
