- 2 eggs, beaten
- 14 cup Splenda sugar substitute
- 1 (13 ounce) can evaporated milk
- 2 cups 2% low-fat milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 teaspoon rum flavoring
- ground nutmeg
- 2 cups 2% low-fat milk
Directions

1Mix 2 cups 2% milk with Splenda in pan.

2Boil for 1 minute,stirring constantly.

3Remove from heat.

4Mix 1/2 of the milk with the eggs,and add back to the pan.

5Cook over low heat,stirring constantly,until slightly thickened.

6Remove from heat.

7Stir in Vanilla and Rum flavorings.

8Cool to room Temperature,then refrigerate til chilled.

9Stir 2 cups 2% milk into chilled mixture.

10Sprinkle with nutmeg.

11Serve in 4 oz.
