- 1/2 c. raisins
- 5 dates, chopped fine
- 5 figs, chopped fine
- 5 dried peaches, chopped
- 5 dried apricots, chopped
- 1/2 c. crushed pineapple
- 1 c. pecans
- 1/2 c. margarine
- 2 eggs
- 1 1/4 c. plain flour
- 1/2 tsp. soda
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/8 tsp. cloves
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Directions

1Combine all fruit in a small bowl; set aside.

2Cream the margarine and vanilla.

3Stir in flour, soda, baking powder and spices.

4Pour in fruit mixture; beat until blended.

5Bake at 325° for 45 to 55 minutes.

6Cool; store in an airtight container for 3 days.
