- 3 egg whites
- 1/4 c. nonfat dry milk
- 1/4 c. ice water
- 1/2 c. Sugar Twin
- 2 Tbsp. vanilla
- 3/4 c. finely chopped pecans
- 20 Ritz crackers, crumbled
- 1/2 tsp. baking powder
Directions

1Combine egg whites, dry milk and ice water.

2Beat until stiff peaks form.

3Add Sugar Twin and vanilla. Beat until peaks again. Fold in pecans, cracker crumbs and baking powder.

4Bake at 350° for 15 to 20 minutes.
