- 16 Mother's macaroon cookies
- 2 Heath bars, cut in small chunks
- handful dry roasted peanuts
- chocolate syrup
Directions

1Roll 8 macaroons into crumbs and put in a spring-form pan. Layer slightly softened chocolate ice cream on top.

2Drizzle chocolate syrup on ice cream.

3Repeat with 8 macaroons, kona ice cream and chocolate syrup.

4Top with peanuts and Heath bars. Place in freezer until ready to use.
