  • 1 qt. kona ice cream
  • 1 qt. chocolate iced cream
  • 16 Mother's macaroon cookies
  • 2 Heath bars, cut in small chunks
  • handful dry roasted peanuts
  • chocolate syrup

Directions

    Roll 8 macaroons into crumbs and put in a spring-form pan. Layer slightly softened chocolate ice cream on top.

    Drizzle chocolate syrup on ice cream.

    Repeat with 8 macaroons, kona ice cream and chocolate syrup.

    Top with peanuts and Heath bars. Place in freezer until ready to use.
