- 1 c. sugar
- 3 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 2 eggs
- 2 c. frozen corn, thawed
- 1 (12 oz.) can evaporated milk
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1 tsp. salt
Directions

1Blend sugar, cornstarch, salt and eggs.

2Add corn and evaporated milk.

3Mix thoroughly.

4Pour into shallow, buttered casserole dish and dot with butter.

5Bake at 350° for 1 hour or until well set.

6Can be reheated if covered with foil.

7Yields 8 servings.
