Diced Chicken With Cashews

Ingredients

• 2 chicken breast diced; marinate is below mixture:
• 1 tablespoon low sodium soy sauce
• 1 tablespoon waer
• 1/8 teaspoon white pepper
• 1 teaspoon corn starch
• 1 teaspoon olive oil
• Combine gravy ingredients in small bowl:
• 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
• 1/4 cup chicken broth
• 1 1/2 teaspoon olive oil
• 1 1/2 teaspoon cornstarch
• 1 teaspoon sugar
• Cut up vegetables for stir fry:
• 1/4 cup bamboo shots; diced
• 1/4 cup green bell pepper; diced
• 1/4 cup red bell pepper; diced OR 1 1/2 ounce jar sliced pimientoes
• Topping:
• 1/4 cup cashew pieces
• Prepare rice to serve with meal
