- 2 c. water
- 1 c. unsweetened applesauce
- 1 c. nuts
- 2 Tbsp. liquid sweetener
- 2 eggs
- 3/4 c. cooking oil
- 2 c. self-rising flour
- 1 tsp. nutmeg
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
Directions

1Cook raisins in water until dry; let cool.

2Add applesauce, sweetener, eggs and oil.

3Blend in 2 cups of flour, vanilla, spices and nuts.

4Bake in a 350° oven for 40 to 50 minutes in a tube pan or 30 minutes in a large loaf pan.
