- 16 oz. tomato juice
- 1 tsp. oregano
- 1/4 tsp. paprika
- 1 tsp. garlic salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 4 whole chicken breasts, skinned
- 4 oz. Mozzarella cheese, shredded or sliced
- 2 (4 oz.) cans mushrooms
Directions

1Combine first 5 ingredients and boil 5 minutes.

2Put chicken in shallow pan and pour sauce over.

3Bake, uncovered, in a 350° oven for 1 hour.

4Add the mushrooms and cheese to each chicken breast. Bake 15 minutes more.
