  • 1/2 lb. hamburger, broiled
  • 1 c. celery, chopped
  • 1/2 c. onion, chopped
  • 1/2 c. green pepper, chopped
  • 1 pkg. G. Washington seasoning (beef flavor)
  • 1 (28 oz.) can bean sprouts, drained
  • 1/2 c. mushrooms, chopped
  • 2 c. water
  • 1/2 tsp. chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic
  • 1/2 c. raw tomatoes, diced
  • 1 c. tomato juice
  • 1 can kidney beans (optional)
  • salt and pepper to taste
