- 1/2 c. mushrooms, chopped
- 2 c. water
- 1/2 tsp. chili powder
- 1/2 tsp. garlic
- 1/2 c. raw tomatoes, diced
- 1 c. tomato juice
- 1 can kidney beans (optional)
- salt and pepper to taste
