  • 1 c. raisins
  • 1/2 c. chopped dates
  • 1/2 c. chopped apples
  • 1 c. water
  • 1/2 c. vegetable oil
  • 2 well beaten eggs
  • 2 tsp. liquid sweetener
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 tsp. soda
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 c. flour

Directions

    Boil apples, raisins, dates and water for 3 minutes. Add vegetable oil and cool. Add the other ingredients. Mix well and refrigerate overnight. Drop on cookie sheet. Bake 10 to 12 minutes at 350°. Refrigerate in airtight container.
