- 1/2 c. chopped dates
- 1/2 c. chopped apples
- 1 c. water
- 1/2 c. vegetable oil
- 2 well beaten eggs
- 2 tsp. liquid sweetener
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 tsp. soda
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 c. flour
Directions

1Boil apples, raisins, dates and water for 3 minutes. Add vegetable oil and cool. Add the other ingredients. Mix well and refrigerate overnight. Drop on cookie sheet. Bake 10 to 12 minutes at 350°. Refrigerate in airtight container.
