  • 1/2 c. skim milk
  • 1/2 c. Grape-Nuts flakes

Directions

    Dip chicken in milk then in cereal.

    Bake in pan at 400° for 30 minutes.

    Reduce heat to 350°.

    Cover with foil and bake 30 minutes longer.
