- 10 oz. frozen spinach, chopped
- 1 1/4 c. cottage cheese
- 2 eggs, slightly beaten
- 1 tsp. seasoned salt
- 2 tsp. grated Parmesan cheese
- dash of nutmeg and paprika
Directions

1Cook spinach; drain.

2Mix eggs, cottage cheese and seasonings. Blend in spinach and put in Pam-sprayed pan.

3Bake at 350° for 25 minutes.
