  • 1 tsp. instant bouillon
  • 1/4 tsp. dry mustard
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. paprika
  • 1/8 tsp. garlic

Directions

    Dampen fish or chicken before shaking or dip in a slightly beaten egg white, then roll or shake meat in the dry ingredients. Bake chicken at 370° for 1 hour.
