  • 1 (3 oz.) box sugar-free lime Jell-O
  • 1/4 c. boiling water
  • 2 (8 oz.) containers lime flavored yogurt
  • 1 container frozen, fat-free whipped topping, thawed
  • 1 prepared 9-inch reduced fat graham cracker pie crust

Directions

    Dissolve Jell-O in hot water.

    Whisk in yogurt.

    Fold in topping and transfer to pie crust.

    Refrigerate overnight or at least 2 hours.

    You may use any flavor: raspberry, lemon, etc.
