- 3 whole chicken breasts, split and boned
- salt and pepper to taste
- garlic powder to taste
- 3/4 c. sour cream
- 3/4 c. Dijon mustard
- 1/2 to 3/4 c. Italian style fine bread crumbs
Directions

1Lightly sprinkle chicken with salt, pepper and garlic powder. Combine sour cream and mustard in shallow dish, mixing well.

2Dip each chicken breast into mustard mixture and dredge in bread crumbs.

3Arrange chicken in a single layer in a baking pan.

4Bake at 375° for 50 minutes or until tender.
