- 8 (1/2 lb) swordfish steaks (1-inch thick)
- 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
- 5 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 1/4 cup butter
Directions

1Pat fish dry and brush with lemon juice.

2Spread one side of fish with mustard and add a slice of butter.

3Grill fish, marinade side up until just opaque-about 12-15 minutes.
