- 1 cup Dijon mustard
- 1 cup almond powder
- 1 cup fine seasoned bread crumbs
- 4 cups safflower oil
Directions

1Wash & tip chicken wings.

2Pat dry.

3Coat wings with Dijon mustard.

4Mix almonds with bread crumbs.

5Toss wings into mixure.

6Heat oil to 180C Cook in small batches for 10min.

7Reserve hot in oven while other batches cook.
