  • 1 kg chicken wings
  • 1 cup Dijon mustard
  • 1 cup almond powder
  • 1 cup fine seasoned bread crumbs
  • 4 cups safflower oil

Directions

    Wash & tip chicken wings.

    Pat dry.

    Coat wings with Dijon mustard.

    Mix almonds with bread crumbs.

    Toss wings into mixure.

    Heat oil to 180C Cook in small batches for 10min.

    Reserve hot in oven while other batches cook.
