Dijon Salmon

  • small to medium Red Onion sliced
  • 1-2 tbsp Butter
  • 1-3 tbsp Dijon Mustard per salmon depending on taste
  • 3 at 1 to 1 1/2lb Salmon, skin on one side

Directions

    In frying pan saute butter and onion until onion is glazed and limp.

    Place salmon on grill skin side down.

    Coat with dijon mustard (thickness will depend on taste).

    Top with Onions.

    Allow salmon to cook through.

    Do not turn over.

    The salmon will cook from the bottom and the onion and mustard flavor will seep from the top.
