- small to medium Red Onion sliced
- 1-2 tbsp Butter
- 1-3 tbsp Dijon Mustard per salmon depending on taste
- 3 at 1 to 1 1/2lb Salmon, skin on one side
Directions

1In frying pan saute butter and onion until onion is glazed and limp.

2Place salmon on grill skin side down.

3Coat with dijon mustard (thickness will depend on taste).

4Top with Onions.

5Allow salmon to cook through.

6Do not turn over.

7The salmon will cook from the bottom and the onion and mustard flavor will seep from the top.
