- 2 whole chicken breasts, skinned and boned, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1/2 c. vegetable oil
- 1/4 c. soy sauce
- 1/4 c. dry white wine
- 1/4 c. light corn syrup
- 1 Tbsp. sesame seed
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp. garlic, minced
- 1/4 tsp. ground ginger
- 1 small pineapple, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 1 large green pepper, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 2 medium onions, quartered
- 3 small zucchini, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1/2 lb. mushrooms
- 1 pt. cherry tomatoes
Directions

1Combine 8 ingredients listed after chicken, mix well.

2Add chicken.

3Cover and marinate at least 2 hours in refrigerator. Remove chicken.

4Reserve marinade.

5Alternate chicken, pineapple and vegetables on skewers.

6Grill 6 inches from medium-hot charcoal for 15 to 20 minutes or until done.

7Turn and baste often with marinade.
