Dijon Swordfish Steaks

Ingredients
- 4 (4 ounce) swordfish steaks
- salt and pepper
- MARINADE
- 3 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon honey (optional)
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tablespoon lemon zest
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon herbes de provence
- salt and pepper
Directions

1Combine the marinade ingredients in a bowl. Reserve half for cooking process. Add swordfish to a shallow baking dish and cover with remaining marinade, toss til well coated. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes.

2Preheat the broiler. Brush broiler pan with olive oil or cooking spray to prevent sticking.

3Place steaks on prepared pan and broil on highest rack level, basting every two minutes. Flip over after 6 minutes and continue cooking another 6 minutes basting that side every two minutes.

4Serve with Mediterranean Style Couscous Salad w/ Roasted Veggies :).
