- 2 c. all-purpose flour
- 1 pkg. active dry yeast
- 1/2 c. cream-style cottage cheese
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. dill seed or caraway seed
- 1 Tbsp. margarine or butter
- 1 tsp. dried minced onion
- 1 egg
- 1/2 c. toasted wheat germ
Directions

1Combine 1 cup flour and the yeast.

2Heat and stir cottage cheese, sugar, dill seed, margarine, onion, 1/2 cup water and 1/2 teaspoon salt until warm (120° to 130°) and margarine almost melts.

3Add to flour mixture along with egg.

4Beat with an electric mixer on low speed for 30 seconds, scraping bowl constantly.

5Beat on high speed 3 minutes.
