- 1 pkg. yeast, softened in 1/4 c. warm water
- 1 c. cottage cheese, warmed to lukewarm
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. instant minced onion
- 1 Tbsp. butter
- 2 tsp. dill seed
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. soda
- 1 egg and softened yeast
- 2 1/4 to 2 1/2 c. flour
Directions

1Combine all except flour.

2Add flour to form stiff dough. Cover; let rise in warm place until light and doubled in bulk. Knead down and put in loaf pan.

3Let rise.

4Bake at 350° for 40 to 50 minutes.
