Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp. melted butter
- 2 tsp. salt
- 2 beaten eggs
- 2 tsp. dill seed
- 2 tsp. dry onion flakes
- 1/2 tsp. soda
- 3 1/2 c. flour
- 1 small container cottage cheese
- 4 Tbsp. sugar
- 2 pkg. dry yeast
Directions

1In 1/2 cup warm water, dissolve 1 teaspoon sugar and yeast; let set.

2Mix dry ingredients.

3Add butter, eggs, cottage cheese and yeast mixture.

4Mix; let rise until double.

5Work down (knead a little).

6Put into 2 bread pans (greased); let rise until doubled.

7Bake at 325° for 40 to 50 minutes.

8Remove; brush with melted butter and sprinkle with salt.
