- 1 pkg. dry yeast
- 1 c. creamed cottage cheese
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. butter
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 egg
- 1 Tbsp. instant minced onion
- 2 tsp. dill seed
- 1/4 tsp. soda
- 2 1/2 to 3 c. flour
Directions

1Soften yeast in water.

2Heat cheese to lukewarm.

3Combine all ingredients except flour; mix well.

4Add flour until dough is stiff.

5Let rise in a warm place 1 hour until double in bulk. Shape into a round ball and place in a greased loaf pan or 2-quart casserole.

6Let rise 40 minutes.

7Bake at 350° for 40 to 50 minutes.

8Crust should be real brown; brush with butter.
