- 3 dry yeasts
- 3/4 cup warm water
- 3 Tbsp butter
- 6 Tbsp sugar
- 3 tsp salt
- 3/4 tsp soda
- 4 Tbsp instant minced onion
- 4 tsp dill seed
- 3 eggs
- 3 cups cream style cheese (heat to lukewarm)
- 3 softened yeasts
- 7 cups flour
Directions

1Soften yeasts in warm water. Combine butter and mix of sugar, salt, and soda in a large bowl. add the onion, dill seed, eggs, cheese, and yeasts. add the flour, beating well after each addition. cover and let rise 1 hour until doubled. stir dough down. turn into 3 bread pans and bake at 350 for 35-40 minutes. brush top with soft butter and sprinkle with salt. cool in pans 5 minues. remove to rack and cool
