- 1 pkg. yeast
- 1/4 c. warm water
- 1 c. cottage cheese
- 1 Tbsp. instant minced onion
- 1/4 tsp. soda
- 2 tsp. dill seed
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. butter
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 egg
- 2 1/2 c. flour
Directions

1Dissolve yeast in warm water.

2Warm cottage cheese; add remaining ingredients, mix and cover.

3Let stand until double in size (50 to 60 minutes).

4Punch down.

5Place in well greased 1 1/2-quart round casserole or 2 small loaf pans.

6Let rise until light.

7Bake at 350° until golden, about 40 to 50 minutes.
