- 1 qt. apple cider vinegar (red)
- 2 qt. water
- 1 c. canning salt
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 small hot pepper
- 1 stem fresh dill or 1 tsp. dill seed
Directions

1Bring to boil apple cider vinegar, 2 quarts water and canning salt.

2Put into sterilized quart jars garlic, pepper and dill. Pack jars full of small pickling cucumbers which have been thoroughly cleaned.

3Pour boiling solution over cucumbers, filling jars and seal with hot sterilized lids.

4Let stand a few weeks before serving.
