Dill Pickle Crackers

- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 3 tbsp white vinegar
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh dill weed
- 2 packages (7 1/2 ounces each) baked potato snack crackers (I have used different crackers too, as these can be hard to find)
- 1 tbsp dry kosher dill pickle mix (in the canning section)
Directions

1Preheat oven to 200F.

2Place crackers in a large roasting pan.

3In a small bowl, combine oil, vinegar, dill weed, and pickle mix.

4Stirring constantly, gradually drizzle mixture over crackers.

5Stir to coat.

6Bake 40 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes.

7Spread on aluminum foil to cool.

8Store in an airtight container.
